Trade Marks (CGPDTM)\u7ba1\u8f44\uff0c\u96b8\u5c6c\u65bc\u5546\u696d\u8207\u5de5\u696d\u90e8\u4e0b\u7684\u7522\u696d\u653f\u7b56\u8207\u4fc3\u9032\u53f8\u30022017\u5e7410\u67085\u65e5CGPDTM\u548c\u4e16\u754c\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522\u6b0a\u7d44\u7e54(WIPO)\u5c40\u9577\u5728\u745e\u58eb\u65e5\u5167\u74e6\u7c3d\u7f72\u4e00\u4efd\u5408\u4f5c\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u5169\u5c40\u9593\u8cc7\u6599\u4ea4\u63db\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u900f\u904eWIPO CASE\u7cfb\u7d71\u53caWIPO\u96fb\u5b50\u5b58\u53d6\u670d\u52d9(Digital Access Services\uff0cDAS)\u63d0\u4f9b\u5370\u5ea6\u5c08\u5229\u6587\u4ef6\u53ca\u6aa2\u7d22\u3001\u5be9\u67e5\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f7f\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u6587\u4ef6\u5f97\u4ee5\u7528\u96fb\u5b50\u4ea4\u63db\u65b9\u5f0f\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u5354\u8b70\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u9805\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\u6539\u5584CGPDTM\u7684\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522(IP)\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u6578\u4f4d\u5316\u3001\u8cc7\u6599\u5efa\u7acb\u53ca\u8cc7\u6599\u54c1\u8cea\u6539\u5584\u3001IP\u8cc7\u6599\u4ea4\u63db\u8207\u6563\u5e03\uff0c\u4e26\u7531WIPO\u63d0\u4f9b\u6578\u4f4d\u5316\u3001\u6587\u4ef6\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u7dda\u4e0a\u6aa2\u7d22\u7b49\u76f8\u95dc\u7cfb\u7d71\u6216\u6a21\u7d44\u7684\u71df\u904b\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5efa\u7acb\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\/\u6216\u5730\u5340IP\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\uff1b\u8a72\u5354\u8b70\u4e5f\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u5370\u5ea6\u6210\u70baWIPO CASE\u7684\u5bc4\u5b58\u5c40\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u63d0\u4f9b\u5370\u5ea6\u5c08\u5229\u7533\u8acb\u6848\u7684\u6aa2\u7d22\u548c\u5be9\u67e5\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u555f\u52d5\u4e86\u672a\u4f86\u5169\u5c40\u7684\u4f8b\u884c\u6027\u8cc7\u6599\u4ea4\u63db\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a3b\uff1aWIPO Centralized Access to Search and Examination (WIPO CASE)\u662fWIPO\u570b\u969b\u5c40\u70ba\u56de\u61c9\u6fb3\u6d32\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u548c\u82f1\u570b\u5c08\u5229\u5c40\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u65bc2011\u5e74\u521d\u6b65\u5efa\u7f6e\uff0c\u57282012\u5e74\u5f37\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u6210\u70ba3\u5c40\u9593\u5be9\u67e5\u4eba\u54e1\u5206\u4eab\u6aa2\u7d22\u548c\u5be9\u67e5\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u81ea2015\u5e746\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u5c08\u5229\u5c40\u5728\u901a\u77e5\u570b\u969b\u5c40\u5c07\u9075\u5b88\u65b0\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u898f\u7bc4\u5f8c\u5747\u53ef\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u8981\u589e\u9032\u5404\u5c08\u5229\u5c40\u7684\u5c08\u5229\u6aa2\u7d22\u548c\u5be9\u67e5\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u548c\u6548\u7387\u30022017\/11\/08<\/p>\n<p>\u8cc7\u6599\u4f86\u6e90:\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522\u5c40<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tipo.gov.tw\/ct.asp?xItem=648254&amp;ctNode=7124&amp;mp=1\">https:\/\/www.tipo.gov.tw\/ct.asp?xItem=648254&amp;ctNode=7124&amp;mp=1<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u5370\u5ea6\u7684\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522\u6b0a\u662f\u7531Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs &amp;
